Soup Diet Menu for a Weeks (Day 1 to Day 7)
The soup diet plan is a wonderful plan if you’re really bad at cooking. The soup diet plan is easy to follow and gives you the chance to eat healthy and lose weight.
There are two recipes on this page that are:
1) Whole wheat flour spaghetti (3 servings)
2) Pasta w/ kidney beans (3 servings)
Each recipe serves five people, so there’s plenty of room for mistakes!
The soup is made up of roasted butternut squash, garlic, kale, carrots, and walnuts in a creamy tomato sauce. We use brandy wine instead of water so it doesn't taste overly alcoholic.

We recommend two glasses of wine or brandy every meal (not daily). This would also be good with one serving of each of the recipes above. This will help limit the amount of alcohol consumed. It is recommended that you drink about 1-2 drinks per meal -- not daily -- before breakfast and before bedtime to help the body metabolize alcohol better in the evening. Exercising regularly can also help improve your weight loss efforts as well! We always recommend that you drink one glass per meal on its own prior to meals and after meals until your body adjusts to its new diet! Let us know how it goes!
